New Year, New Travel!

Regular life has gotten in the way lately, but one of my resolutions for 2020 is to get back to creating content for this lovely site!

My family and I just got back from a wonderful, relaxing and blue sky filled vacation in Rome over the holidays and it was just what I needed to start 2020 refreshed and revitalized.

I have had an amazing year of travel, which I will try to outline some of my favorite things in some posts to come, and am excited to figure out plans for this coming year as well.

2019 highlights included visiting Stonehenge, an epic round of golf on an amazing course in Bermuda, some outstanding food in Tel Aviv, exploring Roman ruins in Northern Portugal, discovering the wonder of Seville and the reveling in the magic of the holidays in Italy.

First up is visiting Holbox, an island off of Mexico, in February for a little mid-winter warm-up. We will be renting a house with a group of friends, and while it’s not my typical go-to for a vacation, I think a few days of relaxing in the sun after a few months of cold will be a welcome change. Not to mention the seafood!
